- Care homes and school kitchens
- Food manufacturers and packers
- Caterers and mobile food traders
- Managers writing or reviewing the food safety plan
HACCP training is not the same as a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. Many businesses train staff in both. See the FAQ for the difference.
